21 SCULPTURES TO BE PLACED IN CHANGSHA YANGHU WETLAND
Sculpture garden in Yanghu Wetland scenic spot
From January 22, 21 sculptures created by 21 international sculptors started to be placed in the sculpture garden in Yanghu Wetland Park of Changsha, which is expected to be completed by half a month. According to Wang Jie, general manager of the Yanghu Wetland Branch affiliated to Changsha Pilot Investment Holdings Co., Ltd, the sculpture garden is scheduled to be open to the public before the Spring Festival this year.
In October, 2014, 21 celebrated sculptors from 17 countries like Brazil, Italy, France, India and China accomplished 21 creative works at the largest urban wetland in central south China. In the sculpture garden of 120 mu (8 hectares), these sculptures will blend with the natural beauty of Yanghu wetland.
